Claude Code for non-technical leaders

7 days, 15 mins a day, from chatting with AI to building with it. For people who think for a living.

You already know how to onboard and brief your team. We'll apply this underestimated superpower to AI agents. No coding experience required.

Who this is for

You have the judgment. You're missing the tool.

Most AI tutorials are written for engineers or absolute beginners. This one is for the people in between: analysts, operators, founders, leaders, writers. You think in frameworks. You just haven't been shown how to hand the repeatable parts to an agent.

15 mins/day

Small, daily, doable

One concept and one concrete action each day. No marathon sessions.

Your real work

Not toy demos

You pick one real project on Day 3 and build on it all week.

Tool, not theory

You ship something

By Day 7 you've built a skill that runs your work without you.

The plan

Your 7 days of training

Each day below is a preview. The full lesson and the walkthrough video land in your inbox when you join. Skim the arc, then start free.

Days 1–5

See it work for your work

Get it running, understand what it actually is, and point it at something real.

1

Day 1

You're not learning to code

The word "code" is a trap. What you're really learning is delegation, a skill you already have. Today closes the fifteen-minute setup gap you've been quietly avoiding.

Your move: Install Claude Code, point it at a fresh folder, and run your first prompt. Watch it move.

Day 2

Why chat feels useful and agents feel like magic

Two kinds of AI, one structural difference. Once you see it, the whole landscape stops being noise, and "should I just use the chatbot?" answers itself.

Your move: Find your workspace folder and locate your CLAUDE.md (you probably don't have one yet, and that's the point).

Day 3

The bottleneck is choosing, not building

The hardest part isn't the tool. It's deciding what to point it at. Three questions surface the work that's actually worth handing over.

Your move: Run the three questions and pick exactly one real project for the week.

Day 4

Show, don't tell

The quality you get out is bounded by what you put in. Two inputs matter most, and the one that does the heavy lifting is the one most people skip.

Your move: Write one real prompt for your project with a brief and one example of what good looks like.

Day 5

Pull Claude off the average and toward you

A fresh agent is a brilliant stranger. It defaults to the average of everything it has read. One file turns it into a colleague who knows your taste.

Your move: Add three lines to your CLAUDE.md: who you are, how you like things written, one rule that annoys you when it's missing.

Days 6–8

Build something that runs without you

Turn a repeated task into a reusable skill, then learn the one trick worth keeping.

6

Day 6

You shouldn't have to explain yourself twice

If you do something the same way repeatedly, teach it once. That captured process is called a skill, and the counterintuitive part is that you don't write it by hand.

Your move: Spot one repeatable task you did this week that you'll clearly do again. Name it.

Day 7

The moment it becomes yours

Today Claude Code stops being a clever chatbot and becomes your tool. Teach it once, then watch it do in one move what took you the full sequence yesterday.

Your move: Build your first skill from the task you named. Do it once, say "make this a skill," then run it on something new.

Day 8 · Bonus

Make it think before it acts

My favorite trick. Plan Mode makes Claude propose its approach before it executes, so you catch the wrong path while it's still one cheap paragraph, not forty files and an afternoon.

Your move: Take any workflow you want to build. Enter Plan Mode, describe it, and iterate the plan before you let it build.

Questions

Before you start

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The name is misleading. Claude Code is a tool for handing repeatable work to an agent, and this course is written for people who have never touched code. If you can brief an assistant, you can do this.

How much time does it take?

About 15 mins a day for 7 days, plus a short bonus on day 8. One concept, one concrete action. No marathon sessions.

Do I need a paid AI plan?

A paid plan on a major AI tool makes the building exercises smoother. The first days work on a free plan; once you start building skills, a paid plan keeps you from hitting limits midway.

What do I actually get?

One email a day with a short written lesson and a walkthrough video, building toward one real project you pick on Day 3. By the end you'll have a working skill that runs part of your job for you.

What happens after the 7 days?

You keep everything you built. If you want to go further, I run a live cohort called Claude Code Week where we go past the basics together. I'll mention it near the end. No pressure either way.
